All advertising orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of the current rate card and upon the representation that the agency or advertiser is authorized to publish the subject matter and entire contents of the advertisement. In consideration of the magazine's acceptance of such advertisements for publication, the agency or advertiser will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, and expenses of any nature arising out of such publication. AAR reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit, or exclude any advertisement incompatible with the tenor of the journal.
